My journey to becoming an EFT practitioner began in the midst of my own chaos. As a busy finance director and mother of three, I intimately understand the delicate balance of career demands, family life, and personal wellbeing. 


At some point I realized that if I didn't take care of me, nobody else would. That's when I began my exploration of self-care which led me to EFT Tapping. 


Living in Fall City, Washington, with my husband, two dogs, horse, and a cat, I've walked the path many of my clients are on – trying to be everything to everyone while struggling to find moments of peace for myself. EFT Tapping has helped me carve out the space I needed to heal, reclaim my peace and strengthen my sense of purpose in life. 


What I discovered through EFT tapping wasn't just a technique; it was a gateway to genuine transformation. This experience inspired me to become a Certified Accredited EFT Practitioner, dedicated to helping other mothers find their way back to themselves.


Now I help moms find themselves again in the midst of all the busy-ness of family life, or during those big transitions such as empty nest syndrome and new motherhood. I know the joy of self-empowerment and healing, and I cannot wait to share it with you.
